Project Description

Volvo XC90 came to us with EML (engine management light) and DPF light on initially a full vehicle code read using Autologic Volvo Diagnostic equipment, this showed faults relating to a restricted inlet manifold (blocked by soot build up), glow plug faults and a blocked DPF. The inlet was replaced due to soot build up, seized and snapped intenral components, the glow plugs were replaced as they are required to assist the DPF regneeration and finally a Terraclean DPF Injection clean was completed due to excessive soot in the DPF.
